RAM Environmental has vast experience working within the education sector. As well as supplying, installing and testing dust and fume extraction systems we also offer Schools, Colleges and Council workshops our machine maintenance and safety inspection services.
We can save your organisation a considerable amount of money each year by combining LEV testing with the service and safety inspection of your workshop machinery.
◾All machinery is serviced and inspected in accordance with BS4163/2014 and the PUWER regulations.
◾All woodwork and metalwork machinery checked.
◾We carry out adjustments where necessary
◾We clean and lubricate all machines.
We provide a comprehensive and detailed report on the current condition of each machine and highlight any faults or non compliance issues that require attention to bring the machine up to current standards.
Once the inspection is complete and the certificate is issued you will be added to our database. A reminder will then be issued one month before the re-test date in order for you to plan the next examination.
